WHAT IT'S ABOUT Project management and main point of contact for our customers from the DACH region from concept study to successful series introduction Coordination of development and industrialization projects within the STEINEL group with cost, schedule and quality responsibility Leadership of end-to-end IoT software projects from conception to productive operation, involving the areas of embedded, frontend, backend and app development Leadership of an interdisciplinary and partially international project team Intensive collaboration and regular coordination with the customer as well as internal and external specialist departments Ensuring customer requirements, managing change management and ensuring process guidelines, in a key role as an interface between internal and external stakeholders Supporting Business Development in acquiring new customers and creating offers WHAT IT TAKES Technical basic training, preferably in the field of electronics, supplemented by a further degree from a university of applied sciences or equivalent further training; business management knowledge is an advantage Experience in project management of product development projects in a similar industrial environment Process knowledge from electronics and plastics production is an advantage Practical knowledge in IoT software projects and relevant cybersecurity requirements Structured work organization as the basis for successful multi-project management as well as the ability to keep the overall picture in mind and at the same time precisely control decisive details Pleasure and skill in direct customer contact Outstanding social skills as well as a high degree of personal responsibility, independence and team ability Convincing communication skills, motivational power and a confident, professional appearance Fluent German language skills in word and writing as well as negotiation-secure English WHAT WE OFFER We offer you a responsible, diverse task within an international and forward-looking company with experienced specialists and a broad expertise.
