Estimator (100%) To strengthen our team, we are looking for an independent and structured personality with an eye for detail, starting immediately or by arrangement. In this role, you are responsible for the creation of tender documents (estimates) for already acquired construction projects. You will work closely with the project management and contribute to ensuring that awards are carried out professionally, clearly structured, and on schedule. Your area of responsibility: Independent creation of tender documents (estimations) according to NPK – based on the respective BKP- or eBKP- construction descriptions Support of construction cost planning by creating measurements Recording of bills of quantities in cooperation with the project management Coordination of the dispatch of tender documents to contractors Support in clarifying technical questions during the tender phase Participation in the evaluation and comparison of received offers Maintenance and updating of the estimation bases Your profile: You have proficient German in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage Completed training in construction (e.g., structural draughtswoman, construction manager, technician HF or equivalent) Several years of experience in the creation of tenders, ideally in structural engineering Very good knowledge of MesserliBAUAD or comparable estimation programs and Microsoft Office Sound understanding of NPK/BKP/E-BKP-H structures Exact, reliable, and independent way of working What we offer you: Positive working atmosphere with an effective feedback culture Appropriate remuneration with development opportunities Intensive individual further development (training, workshops, practical days, coaching) in leadership and communication at your own IMAG Campus with a personal trainer High-quality equipment Digital working, largely paperless Modern and air-conditioned office in the middle of the pulsating Glattzentrum, largely paperless Numerous catering options and attractive shopping advantages in the Glattzentrum Do you want to unfold your potential and develop yourself further?
