Metrology Technician Coordinate Measuring Technology (m/f/d) / 100% Your role – with impact In this function, you contribute significantly to ensuring that only flawless and standard-compliant tested products leave our house. You are a central contact person in quality assurance and apply your know-how purposefully – from the measurement strategy to the decision on releases. Your tasks in detail Independent programming and operation of our coordinate measuring machines (Wenzel CMM with Quartis) Execution and documentation of precise tests (incoming, intermediate, and final inspection) Creation of professional measurement reports and visualizations for internal and external interfaces Technical clarification and consulting regarding tolerances, drawing requirements, and measurement methods Proactive collaboration in the further development of testing strategies and measurement concepts Close cooperation with production, development, and QM – you have influence on product quality and process reliability Documentation and analysis of deviations as well as support in root cause analysis Contributing and implementing your own ideas to optimize our testing processes What you bring with you Technical basic training with EFZ as a polymechanic or similar Professional experience in quality testing as well as confident handling of testing and measuring instruments Further training in the field of quality testing is an advantage Experience in 3D coordinate measurement is desired Good knowledge of the MS Office suite Structured, clean, and exact working methods and analytical thinking skills characterize you Commitment, teamwork, and integrity complement your versatile profile In-depth knowledge of Quartis or comparable CMM software (advantageous) AUKOM Level 3 or GD&T further training (advantageous) Experience in direct customer contact in the field of metrology (advantageous) What distinguishes you You take responsibility – for quality, for your actions, and for the trust of our customers You think along, act ahead, and look not just for errors, but for solutions You enjoy working in a team, exchange ideas openly, and stand up for quality You don't just want to measure – you want to make an impact What you find with us – more than just a job A company with purpose.
