You will develop it independently, bring HR and IT together, and ensure that our systems really serve the people behind them. Your main tasks Maintenance and customization of SAP SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Time Tracking, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Validated Learning, and EC Payroll Ensuring correct integration between SuccessFactors and surrounding systems: SAP FI/CO (ECP booking interface), SAP BTP / Integration Suite (CPI-iFlows), Swiss+ (payroll processing), and Jaycloud Structured recording, analysis, and prioritization of requirements from the HR department as well as independent implementation of small orders Active exchange and coordination with internal stakeholders from HR and the supported countries to record, clarify, and follow up on requirements and concerns Coordination and control of external suppliers Planning and coordination of acceptance tests (UAT) together with key users from HR IT-side sub-project management for SuccessFactors releases, module expansions, and migrations Your profile Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science (HF/FH), HR specialization with IT affinity or comparable qualification In-depth, proven practical experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors, ideally in several modules (Employee Central, Payroll, Learning, etc.) Experience in requirements analysis and collaboration with HR departments; ability to mediate between HR needs and IT feasibility Knowledge of SAP BTP / Integration Suite (CPI) is an advantage Experience in controlling external partners and implementation service providers Experience in a regulated environment (Medtech, Pharma) or GxP/CSV basic knowledge is an advantage Very good German and English skills Strong communication skills, structured, and independent.
