We are looking for a Head of Undeclared Work (m/w/d) as of 1 November 2026 Responsibility for fulfilling operational tasks in the area of undeclared work Controlling of case management as well as responsibility for statistical evaluations and reporting Conducting on-site and written checks for undeclared work with corresponding evaluation of documents Coordinated cooperation with external partners, control bodies, and special authorities Personnel and technical leadership of two employees Close cooperation with the management team of the Labour Market Department Completed basic training with further education in the economic or legal field Several years of professional and leadership experience at a comparable level Enjoyment of in-depth research as well as persistence in clarifying complex issues Sense for pragmatic and effective solution approaches Structured and analytical thinking paired with good communication skills Understanding of political and economic contexts as well as administrative experience High degree of independence, personal responsibility, and scope for design Diverse internal further training offer Various working time models Workplace within walking distance to the train station , HR Business Partnerin (Phone ) and Kneer, Head of Working Conditions (Phone ) and under jpid6709341jm jit0728jm jiy26jm
