In our plant 08 in Grenchen, state-of-the-art technologies are used to produce high-quality stainless steel watch cases using MIM (Metall Injection Moulding). Become part of our multicultural team and help shape the future of innovative and high-quality products as Your future areas of responsibility ## Together with your colleagues, you will work in day or shift operations as needed and ensure the demanding qualitative and quantitative production standards. This includes the following activities:   • Setting up and programming injection molding machines and automation systems • Participating in the entire sampling process and optimizing existing production processes • Ensuring production quantities and recording operating data (e.g. SPC, MDE) • Supporting the group leader, particularly in the training and instruction of employees • Identifying and reporting deviations and ensuring a stable production process • Sharing responsibility for the maintenance and functionality of the systems   You will also be involved in projects and work closely with the quality assurance, laboratory, tooling and logistics departments.
