Stiftung Haus Morgenstern is a residential and employment home for cognitively impaired adults with a total of 62 residential and employment places as well as 5 external places in the daily structure. As support, we offer the clientele a wide range of therapy and leisure activities. For the residential groups with cognitively and partially mentally impaired residents, we are looking for a Specialist in Care as a relief worker 80% - 100% starting 01. October 2026 or by arrangement This is your job: \- Accompanying, promoting and caring for the clientele \- Ensuring basic medical and nursing care \- Creating a residential atmosphere \- Planning and implementing leisure activities What you bring with you: \- Training as a Specialist in Care MmB EFZ, Specialist in Healthcare EFZ or an equivalent field \- Independent, well-organized way of working \- High social competence, flexibility and resilience \- Good German skills in speaking and writing \- Driver's license cat.
