Quality Engineer

Your mission : At the heart of interactions between production, engineering, customers, and suppliers, you are the guarantor of product and system compliance. You structure, lead, and continuously improve the Quality Management System. Your key responsibilities : Quality system and compliance • Ensure the maintenance, improvement, and effectiveness of the site's Quality Management System (QMS). • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and administer associated documentation • Ensure document control, traceability, and the integrity of quality data • Write, update, and distribute procedures, work instructions, and other quality documents • Define and maintain control plans and sampling plans Quality steering and continuous improvement • Define performance indicators (KPIs), ensure their monitoring, reporting, and statistical analysis • Lead the processing of non-conformities, customer complaints, as well as corrective and preventive actions (CAPA, 8D, etc.). • Ensure the follow-up of actions arising from audits, reviews, and risk analyses. • Prepare and participate in management reviews. • Conduct satisfaction surveys, both internal and external Audits and operational support • Conduct internal customer audits and collaborate on supplier audits. • Contribute to relationships with customers and suppliers, particularly during product qualification • Raise awareness and support employees in the application of quality requirements. • Develop a quality culture within the company. • Provide quality support to different departments and participate in cross-functional projects Your profile : • A preferably technical education, completed by a quality-oriented background and at least 5 years of experience in the field • A good knowledge of quality frameworks and standards • Rigor, attention to detail, and real organizational skills • An analytical mind coupled with solid technical skills • The ability to plan, structure, and unite those around you • The ability to manage several projects and files simultaneously • Autonomy, proactivity, and a good capacity for anticipation • Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication • Fluency in English • An auditor certification is an advantage • Knowledge of surface treatment or coating is an appreciated plus We offer : • A key position with a direct impact on quality and customer satisfaction • A comprehensive role combining technical expertise, communication, and customer relations • A stimulating multi-sector environment (automotive, aerospace, medical) • Flexible hours
