Finance Transformation & Compliance Specialist (m/f/d) Your new challenge Our customer is further expanding the Financial Management & Compliance area and is looking for a committed personality who actively participates in the further development of financial processes, governance structures, and compliance topics. Do you want to shape changes, lead complex projects, and establish sustainable standards? Then this newly created position offers you the opportunity to take on a key role in an organization-wide finance transformation and to help shape financial compliance in the long term. Your tasks In this versatile role, you will initially take overall professional responsibility for the introduction of an organization-wide expense and travel tool. After successful implementation, your focus will shift to the expansion and further development of Financial Compliance. Your main tasks include: Leading the introduction of an organization-wide expense and travel tool within the first 12 to 18 months Analysis of existing financial processes as well as development of standardized and future-oriented target processes Definition and implementation of control and approval mechanisms Close cooperation with internal stakeholders from Finance, IT, HR, as well as other specialist departments Support in the selection, introduction, and implementation of the appropriate system solution Coordination of the rollout as well as support for training and documentation Further development and ensuring of Financial Compliance within the organization Creation, revision, and maintenance of finance-related guidelines, regulations, and governance specifications Conducting risk analyses and internal controls Advising specialist departments on finance- and compliance-related questions Ensuring the practical implementation of regulatory requirements Participation in the continuous optimization of financial processes and internal control systems Your profile For this demanding position, you bring a structured way of working, analytical thinking, as well as enjoyment of cross-departmental cooperation. Ideally, you possess: Completed studies (FH or university) in business administration, finance, accounting, or a comparable field Several years of professional experience in finance, audit, compliance, risk management, finance transformation, or in the area of internal control systems (IKS) Experience in the analysis, design, and optimization of financial processes, especially in the areas of expense management, procurement, or accounting Experience in the introduction or transformation of finance or compliance systems is an advantage Knowledge in project and process management High IT and system affinity Very good German as well as good English skills Ability to implement regulatory requirements in an understandable and practical manner Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working Strong communication skills as well as a confident appearance towards different stakeholders High initiative, independence, and sense of responsibility Diplomatic skill as well as enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation Experience in complex organizations or in the public environment is an advantage Interested?
