To strengthen our team, we are looking for a proactive person as ICT System Administrator (Security / Network) Your area of responsibility Operation, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise firewalls (e.g., Fortinet) Setup and administration of secure VPN connections for employees, partners, and service providers Ensuring stable and protected remote access infrastructures Creation, maintenance, and enforcement of secure firewall, network, and access policies Operation, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise network components (e.g., Extreme Networks) Support of stable, high-performance LAN/WLAN operations in on-prem and hybrid environments Creation and updating of documentation (configurations, rule sets, network plans, data flow diagrams) Participation in the assessment and handling of security incidents Close coordination with network, system, and SecOps teams as well as the cybersecurity staff office Support during internal and external audits, as well as ensuring regulation- and policy-compliant firewall and network configurations First- and second-level support for network and security services, as well as interface to third-level support for complex technical malfunctions Our requirements Completed training as Informatiker/in EFZ (platform development), or higher vocational school (HF) informatics / systems engineering, Bachelor in informatics / information security, or an equivalent foreign basic IT training (e.g., Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) At least five years of professional experience in the field of IT security and network Very good German skills in speaking and writing Good English skills in speaking and writing Certification in the field of IT security and network (advantageous: Fortinet NSE (4), Extreme Networks, CompTIA Security+ / Network+, Certified Ethical Hacker) Linux and Windows Server basics Monitoring tools Security best practices Incident response basics Compliance/audit basic knowledge We offer you Pleasant working atmosphere at a reliable employer Thorough induction and interesting further training opportunities High personal influence through lived idea management Intercultural and family-like company in which agility and lean principles are lived Flexible working hours Modern workplace Your contact person Can you identify with this exciting challenge?
