Gynecologist ré is the new reference ambulatory healthcare network of the canton of Neuchâtel. Born from the desire of the Réseau hospitalier neuchâtelois (RHNe) to sustainably strengthen the local care offering, ré is part of the heart of the 2025–2030 cantonal health policy. Its mission is to guarantee the population coordinated, efficient, and sustainable access to ambulatory care, in close complementarity with city medicine and all actors of the health system. ré is developing an integrated network of medical centers distributed across the cantonal territory, notably in Neuchâtel, La Chaux-de-Fonds, Fleurier and Geneveys-sur-Coffrane. This organization promotes continuity of care, coordination between professionals and smooth patient management, whether it concerns scheduled consultations, longitudinal follow-up or non-vital urgent situations. Thanks to a strong partnership with the RHNe, ré benefits from privileged access to hospital expertise, innovative medical projects, modern coordination tools and facilitated access to continuing education and documentation. This collaboration allows for strengthening the links between actors, and improving the patient care pathway. At the heart of our medical team in La Chaux-de-Fonds or Neuchâtel, and alongside a dynamic and organized multidisciplinary team, we are looking for: Gynecologist 80% - 100% The main activities are as follows: Develop a practice activity You participate in the development of general medicine within ré You ensure the follow-up of patients from your personal consultation You collaborate closely with your general practitioner colleagues and all specialist doctors, as well as with the doctors of the RHNe If interested, you participate in the training and supervision system for doctors in training What we offer Daytime hours only Support and integration from your arrival No nights, no weekends On-call duties according to the Cantonal organization Benevolent and cohesive multidisciplinary team 6 weeks of leave per year 5 days of training per year Collaboration with general practitioners and specialists Modern premises in the heart of La Chaux-de-Fonds Partnership and collaboration with the doctors of the RHNe Training and diploma A federal specialist title in gynecology or a title deemed equivalent (MEBEKO recognition for foreign diplomas) Work certificate(s), indicating the level of activity and the specialty practiced therein, proving a practice of gynecology of at least three years at 100% in a recognized Swiss postgraduate training establishment (art. 37 al. 1bis LAMal) Mastery of the French language (C1 level required by the authorities). Knowledge of another language is an asset Expected skills and qualities Experience in ambulatory medical management Sense of responsibility and autonomy in the performance of tasks Taste for teamwork Committed, social, flexible and independent person Team spirit, benevolence and exemplary professional posture. Ability to work in a network with doctors of different specialties and with the doctors of the RHNe Excellent relational and communication skills with patients and doctors. Ease with IT tools and the electronic patient record.
