In this role, you are responsible for business-critical applications along the customer journey, drive the automation and optimization of processes, and work closely with specialist departments, IT, and external partners. How you shape health with ### • You are responsible for the functional further development of the sales systems and digital solutions • You analyze existing processes and identify automation and optimization potential • You lead market-internal projects and participate in interdisciplinary project teams • You formulate requirements for internal and external implementation partners and accompany their realization • You coordinate releases, prioritize requirements, and manage ticket management with external suppliers • You test new functions and ensure high quality as well as stability of the solutions • You train and empower users in handling the solutions used • You ensure compliance with regulatory specifications and compliance requirements What distinguishes you ### • Completed studies or comparable further training in Business Administration/Analysis, Business Informatics, or Digital Business Management • You are very familiar with the health insurance industry, ideally you have worked in customer advisory yourself • Demonstrable experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or comparable role • You have already worked in the implementation of digitalization, automation, or process projects • Technical understanding and a strong ability to analyze processes and develop future-oriented solutions • High initiative, ownership mentality, and quality awareness • Proficient German in speaking and writing (native level) as well as good English and/or French skills Your place of work ### Römerstrasse 37, 8400 Winterthur
