As a supplement to our team, we are looking for a motivated operations management from 01. August 2026 or by agreement. What you bring Professional training as a childcare specialist EFZ or equivalent training Diploma as a kindergarten manager or a recognized leadership training for kindergartens Childhood education HF desired Leadership experience is mandatory good IT skills and routine in handling administrative tasks high motivation and resilience, initiative, and team orientation Self-reflection and willingness to further develop yourself, as well as openness to new things Your tasks Management of the kindergarten in technical, personnel, and organizational terms Working according to sound, pedagogical, and business management principles and objectives Competent, independent, and solution-oriented completion of tasks Our benefits The exercise of additional functions such as vocational trainer or deputy operations manager is compensated by additional functional allowances well-developed social insurance, accident and sickness benefit insurance for 720 days 6 weeks of vacation Paid break Possibility of longer absences, e.g. for travel or sabbaticals Possibility of part-time work in all functions extended maternity and paternity leave (16 resp. 3 weeks) Have we sparked your interest?
