To strengthen our existing team, we are looking for a female or male employee for 20% - 50%. At the main reception, you will act as the business card of the Rosenklinik and the first contact person for inquiries of all kinds from internal and external parties. A customer-friendly representation of our specialist clinic is important to us. You are the central point of contact for customers, suppliers, business partners, and service providers. Your tasks are: First contact person for patients, visitors, service providers, and suppliers Management of the telephone system Distribution of incoming mail Check-In and Check-Out of patients incl. collection of payments Cooperation with internal gastronomy Diverse secretarial work Experience in the area of clinic reception or in similar customer-oriented reception points is an advantage Cheerful, friendly, and positive interaction with people Well-groomed appearance Responsible, resilient, and flexible personality Willingness to work in shift operation (early and late shifts, no night shifts) and on weekends Foreign language skills are an advantage The Rosenklinik Rapperswil offers a wide range of services with a special focus on orthopaedics and prosthetics.
