Zollikofen, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% Your contribution • Be responsible for the stable operation and end-to-end lifecycle management of identity and collaboration services in hybrid environments (on-premises and Microsoft 365), including the management of accounts, authorizations, groups, mailboxes, and other directory and Exchange objects • Ensure the quality, availability, and stability of services as well as constantly optimize and develop processes and operational performance • Detect, analyze, and implement new requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders, accompanying their realization from the conception phase to commissioning • Design, implement, and manage automation and integration solutions for processes and interfaces, in particular using PowerShell and similar technologies • Systematically analyze existing processes, identify optimization potential, and actively contribute to the definition of standardized and digitized service processes • Collaborate closely with internal and external partners as well as apply and further develop agile working methods (e.g., Kanban, Scrum, SAFe) to support efficient and customer-oriented service operation <br /> What distinguishes you • Basic vocational training as an IT specialist CFC; FH/HF diploma or equivalent advanced training in the subject and/or technical field • Several years of experience in managing complex Microsoft environments • Excellent knowledge of the Active Directory environment, in particular group management and the logical structure of Active Directory organizational units • Experience with Microsoft 365 services (Azure Directory, tenant management, etc.) • Programming and scripting (PowerShell) knowledge is desired • Good active knowledge of two official languages <br /> In summary Do you like working in contact with users, solving issues related to their daily activities, and answering their questions or support requests?
