Bern, Schweiz (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • develop, automate and operate data pipelines for epidemiological surveillance • aggregate, prepare and analyze vast heterogeneous datasets • design methods, algorithms and visuals intended for specialists and the general public • participate in interdisciplinary digitalization projects aimed at developing reporting and monitoring systems <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • degree from a higher education institution in data science, bioinformatics, statistics or a related field • several years of experience in data analysis, workflow development and technical infrastructure • very good knowledge of Python or R and common CI/CD, containerization and data processing tools • ability to transmit complex content in a targeted manner and to implement it in compliance with data protection • active knowledge of two official languages and, if possible, passive knowledge of the third <br /> In a few words As a data science specialist, you will implement the technical foundations on which evidence-based health communication and prevention measures in Switzerland are based.
