Zimmerwald (and home office) | 80-100% (job sharing possible) What you can contribute • Prepare decision bases and ensure communication, information, and documentation tasks • Direct and guarantee the standardized reporting system as well as its documentation • Execute administrative tasks related to the management of projects and programs, and organize and drive risk management as well as business continuity management (Business Continuity Management -- BCM) within a business area • Inform the Special Security Systems management team in case of anomalies and formulate proposals aimed at correcting observed deviations • Support the Special Security Systems management team in planning and information activities <br /> What makes you unique • Higher professional education in business management, supplemented by specialized knowledge acquired in practice and several years of experience in the described business areas • Excellent organizational skills as well as an autonomous, structured, and anticipation-oriented working method • Very good IT knowledge, in particular Microsoft Office and military command and information systems • Excellent analytical and design capabilities, as well as very good writing skills • Knowledge of the federal administration, in particular the Defense area. • Good active knowledge in an official language as well as good knowledge of English <br /> In a few words As a Project Management Officer, you maintain an overview, even in a dynamic environment.
