For our location in Sissach BL, we are looking for an employee in Research & Development (w/m/d, 100%) immediately or by agreement. Your areas of responsibility include: • Developments of different lacquer systems: solvent-based, water-based, and UV-curing for various fields of application: e.g., automotive, medical and sanitary applications, as well as luxury watches and luxury writing instruments • Optimization of existing lacquer recipes in terms of regulatory aspects, performance, and costs • Testing of new and further developments according to customer specifications, independently and in close cooperation with the testing laboratory • Close cooperation with the production and quality control team • Technical support for customers, if necessary also on site Your profile: • Completed training as a lacquer laboratory technician, lacquer technician, or lacquer engineer • In-depth knowledge of lacquer formulation and development • Solution-oriented and service-oriented thinking as well as constructive handling of customer requirements • Goal-oriented, reliable, and proactive way of working • Team-oriented, friendly, flexible, and communicative personality • Willingness to travel (domestic/foreign) • Fluent German and good English skills are mandatory, additional language skills such as Spanish, Italian are a plus (customer visits on site abroad) Your future with us: • An exciting and responsible task with a large scope for design in a successful, internationally active, medium-sized company • Self-responsible and independent work • Participation in a great and motivated team • Room for initiative and development opportunities • Modern employment conditions • Flat hierarchies and a "du" mentality Interested?
