System Engineer Air Surveillance Systems

Dübendorf (and home office) | 80-100% (job sharing possible) Your contribution • Share responsibility for the current and future air surveillance systems of the Schweizer Armee • Ensure stable, secure, and future-proof operation through technical expertise and continuous further development • Daily responsibility for the operation of the systems, including continuous monitoring, initial analyses, and coordination of fault rectification. • Advise and support internal customers in the analysis and rectification of faults • Represent operational interests in projects and support throughout all phases • Perform on-call duty (at intervals of around 5 weeks, for one week each time) <br /> What makes you unique • Höhere Fachschule (HF) / Fachhochschule (FH) in the field of informatics, telematics, electronics or a comparable training with practical informatics experience • Quick comprehension as well as strong analytical thinking skills • Ability to design, develop, and implement new solutions, combined with in-depth and networked specialist knowledge • Team-oriented, helpful, and committed personality with a structured and independent way of working as well as high commitment • Air traffic control, VoIP, or HF experience desirable <br /> In a nutshell Are you looking for a challenge in the unique ICT environment of the Schweizer Armee?
