Food sampling technician and laboratory assistant (80 %) Food sampling technician and laboratory assistant (80 %) Join a committed team serving food safety ARQHA is a laboratory specialized in analysis, consulting, and support for professionals in the food sector. We are looking for a motivated, autonomous, and dynamic collaborator for a versatile position combining field work, customer contact, and laboratory support. Your missions: Prepare tours and sampling equipment. Perform food sampling at customer sites. Organize tours, manage schedules, customer files, and analysis plans. Send analysis reports, prepare offers, and ensure invoicing. Ensure monitoring of equipment stocks. Prepare samples, culture media, and participate in laboratory activities. Maintain equipment, premises, and ensure various support tasks. Organization: • Monday to Wednesday: sampling tours at customers (restaurants, food businesses, agri-food industries, EMS, etc.). These days require many travels, excellent organization, and a real pleasure in working in the field. • Thursday: support to the laboratory team as a laboratory assistant. This alternation between the field and the laboratory offers a varied position and a complete vision of the analytical chain. Your profile: CFC training or equivalent in the food or laboratory field. Experience in the food sector, an asset. Good mastery of IT tools and good hygiene practices. Category B driver's license. Autonomy, rigor, sense of organization, and service. Mastery of French.
