What awaits you You design and build our cyber insurance offering for SMEs You develop coverage concepts, benefit modules and services (e.g. prevention, assistance) You define target segments, offer structure and market positioning You analyze market trends, customer needs and the competition You translate technical requirements into clear product and business rules You work closely with IT and take on the Product Owner role during implementation in the new core system You help shape a modular product architecture for SMEs You support the build-up and further development of SME solutions in property and liability You develop combined and modular product solutions across several lines of business You are responsible for & accompany product launches from conception to market launch You work closely with underwriting, claims, sales and pricing You manage external partners (e.g. services, cyber prevention) What you bring with you You have experience in cyber insurance (product, underwriting or services) or bring experience in SME product development (property and/or liability) and have an interest in building up our cyber offering You understand insurance logic, GTCs and product design You think conceptually and are pragmatic in implementation You have a sense for SME customer needs and marketable solutions You have experience in the introduction of new products You are familiar with collaboration with IT / implementation in the core system You have an understanding of pricing, portfolio management or services Your benefits Your office is where you are: depending on your workload, you can work remotely for up to 60% of your working time.
