For over 40 years, Workmanagement has been your partner for exciting temporary positions - apply now and get started!   We are looking for a motivated Production Employee 2-Shift 100% (m/f/d) # Employment: 100% Location: Ebnat-Kappel Industry: Diverse industry Publication date: 01.07.2026 Your main tasks • Operation and monitoring of production facilities • Assembly and packaging work • Quality controls according to specifications • Compliance with safety, quality and hygiene guidelines • General support in production Your profile • Experience in production is an advantage, but not necessary • Willingness to work in 2-shift operation • Own vehicle required or residence in the region • Good German language skills in writing and speaking • Reliable, careful and team-oriented work • Physically fit and resilient What you can expect • Working hours Early shift: 05:00 - 14:00 hrs Late shift: 13:00 - 22:00 hrs • Temporary employment with an initial deployment period of 3 months • Possibility of extension with good performance and corresponding demand • Pleasant working environment in a modern production facility • Attractive employment conditions • Summer holidays are generally possible.
