Abalone Switzerland, expert in placement and recruitment of personnel in Romandie, is currently looking for one of its local clients: Cycle Mechanic (M/F) # Your main missions ## Workshop and organization ### • Ensure the proper daily functioning of the workshop. • Plan technical interventions and manage priorities. • Guarantee an orderly, clean and secure working environment. • Monitor needs for spare parts and consumables. Technical expertise ### • Perform periodic maintenance and complete overhauls. • Identify malfunctions and perform necessary repairs. • Assemble, adjust and prepare new bicycles before their availability. • Perform safety and quality checks before return. • Work on different types of bicycles, including electric assistance bicycles. Service and customer relations ### • Welcome and orient customers according to their needs. • Provide adapted and personalized technical advice. • Present the work performed and maintenance recommendations. • Participate in the enhancement of accessories, equipment and services offered. Deliveries and external interventions ### • Ensure the handover and collection of bicycles from customers. • Occasionally perform technical interventions on site. • Represent the company with professionalism during travel. Profile sought ## • Training as a cycle mechanic or significant experience in the field. • Good mastery of repair and maintenance techniques on all brands of bicycles. • Knowledge of electrical systems and e-bikes appreciated. • Autonomous, rigorous person capable of managing several tasks simultaneously. • Excellent sense of contact and customer satisfaction. • Driving license indispensable.
