The service Childcare at home SRK (KBH) offers parents in difficult situations temporary relief. As a caregiver, you support families at home on call on an hourly basis – in the event of illness of the children or the parents, in case of care shortages and in emergency situations. Your assignments are hourly or daily. In the Langenthal area, we are looking for a motivated and independent personality as a Childcare worker at home SRK on an hourly basis per assignment, starting immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks You take over the hourly or daily care of children in their homes. You shape the care according to the agreements with the legal guardians. You engage the children according to their age and prepare meals if necessary. You perform personal care and household tasks that are necessary for the care of the children. Your profile Preferably, you have basic training in the pedagogical field or in the healthcare sector. You can demonstrate experience in the area of education, care and/or nursing of children. You have experience in age-appropriate care of children and are creative. You reside in the Langenthal area. Having your own car is an advantage. You understand Swiss German and have knowledge in handling digital applications. You are resilient and have a good way of handling difficult care situations. You are an independent, reliable, and empathetic personality and handle confidential information respectfully. You bring the willingness for irregular assignments on call.
