Head of Electrical ## We are looking for a technically proficient, highly professional and experienced specialist for our client in an attractive, modern and demanding premium customer environment. In the function as Head of Electrical, you are the central interface between Facility Management, the internal electrical specialist department, the operational electrical team and the end customers on site. Together with your team of three operational electricians, you ensure smooth technical operation as well as electrical operational safety. You are the competent contact person for technical questions and take on a key role with high technical and safety-relevant responsibility. Your main tasks • Carrying out and monitoring inspections, repairs, installations as well as recurring tests on electrical, building automation and low voltage systems • Scheduling, coordinating, checking and initiating measures based on inspections carried out • Control and coordination of third-party suppliers • Accompanying conversions, acceptances and takeovers of high-voltage and low-voltage systems according to NIV specifications as well as accompanying authority inspections and projects • Checking and creating all necessary documentation (checklists, reports, plant journals etc.) as well as legally prescribed safety certificates according to currently valid technical and legal standards • Contributing solution approaches for the optimization of systems and processes, especially in the area of energy efficiency • Taking over administrative, organizational and coordinating tasks in your own specialist area Your profile • Completed vocational training as an Elektroinstallateur:in EFZ or a comparable technical training • Further training as an Electrical Safety Advisor • Several years of proven professional experience in a comparable function, ideally with experience in installation technology as well as in the operation and maintenance of building technology systems • Additional knowledge in control technology (MSR), automation (GLT) as well as proficient knowledge in KNX and DALI • Very good knowledge of the relevant technical rules and standards (e.g. NIN, NIV, StV, EN 50110) • Good PC skills as well as affinity for the use of professional tools • Very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as basic knowledge of English • Careful, structured way of working as well as a service- and customer-oriented appearance • Impeccable reputation If we have been able to arouse your interest, then we look forward to receiving your complete application documents or your contact • Permanent position • Full Time • 8803 Rüschlikon • Published 1 day ago
