Production Manager

Your area of responsibility • Overall responsibility for production (die-casting, fine casting, mechanical manufacturing/CNC, toolmaking, maintenance). • Leadership, development and promotion of the production team (around 40 employees in about 5 areas). • Responsibility for personnel planning, recruitment and succession planning of key personnel. • Planning of capacities, resources and investments. • Budget and cost responsibility for the entire production area. • Development, analysis and control of relevant production key figures (KPIs). • Ensuring quality, delivery reliability and economic efficiency. • Ensuring delivery capability to key customers. • Leadership of lean, automation and optimization projects. • Reduction of scrap, rework and complaint costs. • Ensuring the availability of systems in cooperation with technology and maintenance. • Responsibility for occupational safety, health protection (SUVA) as well as environmental and quality standards. • Ensuring compliance with operating permits and legal requirements. • Support for customer, quality, environmental and certification audits. • Collaboration on the strategic further development of the production site. • Close cooperation with management, purchasing, logistics and quality assurance.
