Quality, safety and compliance • Guarantee the quality, safety and compliance of technical achievements, in compliance with the regulations in force (PDIE, IEC/EN 61439, OIBT). • Control electrical switchboards before delivery, ensuring their compliance with signed offers and regulatory requirements. • Contribute to the optimization of technical solutions during assembly, by improving implementation methods, quality and efficiency of installations. • Ensure a central role in the technical control and validation of electrical switchboards (TGBT). • Identify, anticipate and correct technical discrepancies before delivery, in a logic of quality and Reliability of achievements. Operational management of the workshop • Provide technical support to the electrical cabinet assembly teams (TGBT, metering, photovoltaics), by accompanying key stages and resolving technical problems. • Provide a critical and experienced perspective on achievements, in a logic of continuous improvement. Business development • Prospect the company's activity among existing and potential customers, in collaboration with the sales department. Coordination and communication • Ensure coordination and fluid communication between the workshop and the various project stakeholders. • Participate in meetings with site managers, sessions with clients, architects, engineers and contractors. • Collaborate closely with project managers and technical sales representatives. • Ensure the steering and technical monitoring of workshop projects, from preparation to delivery, by guaranteeing compliance with deadlines, costs and technical requirements. • Ensure the management and optimization of the workshop production schedule, according to project priorities and available resources.   Skills ## • You have a CFC in automation, installer-electrician or training deemed equivalent. • You have a workshop manager certificate in electrical switchboard construction or a federal diploma of Master in electrical switchboards and automation. • You have solid experience in the field of electrical switchboards (TGBT), with excellent mastery of dimensioning and control. • You have already led a team and enjoy teamwork. • You are comfortable in a technical reference role and know how to support teams on complex issues. • You demonstrate rigor, autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility. • You are versatile and enjoy varied technical environments. • You have a strong capacity for technical problem solving. -Ensure coordination and fluid communication between the workshop and the various project stakeholders. • Participate in meetings with site managers, sessions with clients, architects, engineers and contractors. • Collaborate closely with project managers and technical sales representatives. • Ensure the steering and technical monitoring of workshop projects, from preparation to delivery, by guaranteeing compliance with deadlines, costs and technical requirements. • Ensure the management and optimization of the workshop production schedule, according to project priorities and available resources.
