Bern, Schweiz (and home office) | 80-100% This is your contribution <br /> • Analyze current issues in the areas of social, health, and labor market policy from an economic and economic policy perspective • Prepare statements on ongoing social and health policy matters for the management and departmental leadership, respectively • Represent SECO in interdepartmental working groups, process parliamentary initiatives, and develop basic reports • Co-monitor equality and family policy (in deputy capacity) <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • University degree in economics (Master or Doctorate) • Excellent knowledge of economic theory, labor market economics, social insurance, and health economics • Experience in processing empirical and economic policy issues • Proven experience in project management and negotiations • Independent way of working and proven editorial skills • Very good knowledge of two official languages as well as very good English skills <br /> In a nutshell The Labor Market Analysis and Social Policy division provides the basis for federal labor market policy and is the interface between social and economic policy. It monitors the labor market and analyzes the effects of policy projects. The issues encompass areas such as structural change in the labor market, digitalization, migration, older employees, as well as social and health policy topics.
