Your tasks Deputizing for the Head of Nursing in their absence Conducting initial assessments and re-assessments (interRAI HC) Case management as well as planning, steering and evaluation of the nursing process Carrying out basic and treatment care Professional guidance, coaching and induction of employees Support with staff scheduling, quality management and administrative tasks Monitoring nursing documentation as well as ensuring quality standards Cooperation with clients, relatives, doctors and external specialist agencies Your profile Completed training as Dipl.
