What you will do with us Main tasks: • You write texts for our magazine, web and newsletter • You develop and produce social media posts (incl. video/reel content) • You produce magazine and annual report - from editing to final polish Other tasks: • You support campaigns and help to get content to the point • You research topics around human rights and prepare them understandably • You assist with media work and get insight into fundraising • You participate in events and their communication What you will learn • How NGO communication really works • How you tell complex topics clearly and relevantly • How campaigns arise - from idea to implementation • How you adapt content for different channels • How communication creates impact What you should bring • Degree in communication (FH/Uni, at least Bachelor) or comparable • You enjoy writing clearly and understandably • You work independently and contribute your own ideas • You are interested in human rights and social issues • You have a feel for social media (you will learn tools with us) • German very good, French good, English an advantage What you take away from us • Insight into the communication work of an NGO with a clear stance • Own responsibility and visible results of your work • Space to try things out and get better • Cooperation at eye level • CHF 2-000 gross per month Sounds like you?
