What you move: • You process customer requests with an open ear and a lot of commitment – both by telephone and in writing • You maintain an overview of the logistics processes, even when things get hectic • Thanks to your care, customer orders reliably and on time find their way into the system • You keep an eye on day-to-day business and ensure smooth processes • Invoices? These are structured and prepared by you punctually – week after week, month after month • You use the internal Planzer warehouse systems efficiently and with confident handling • Evaluations are created by you with a clear eye for the essentials Why you succeed: • You mandatory possess a completed vocational training as a Logistiker EFZ – ideally with experience in logistics or a comparable function • You feel comfortable at the computer, juggling MS Office confidently and efficiently • Working in a structured manner is in your blood – you maintain an overview even when things have to go fast. In doing so, you convince with personal responsibility, reliability and a friendly, professional demeanor • You appreciate contact with customers – you approach people openly and remain calm and solution-oriented even with challenging requests • You are stylistically confident in German and French, whether on the phone, by email or in personal conversation
