La Fondation Saphir, a multi-mission and multi-site foundation (psychogeriatrics, geriatrics, adult psychiatry), is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and in the reception and support of people weakened in their physical and mental integrity during their life process. We are looking for our establishment, EMS Contesse à Croy, which welcomes 36 People and is specialized in the field of geriatrics: Assistant in community nursing and health (F/M/D) - CDI - 80%-100% - EMS Contesse à Croy Regardless of their function, the professionals of Fondation Saphir have a common will: to accompany People daily to allow them to concretely experience the institutional strategy of services "like at home". That is to say, to maintain their habits as much as possible, to offer an adapted response to their wishes and, through real interprofessional collaboration, to allow the well-being and happiness of the People. As an assistant in community nursing and health, you will be required to supervise and accompany People in daily life and will take part in their support as a whole by evaluating their physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs. You will participate in the development of support projects and perform medico-delegated acts under the delegation of the registered nurse and will know how to prioritize interprofessional collaboration. Furthermore, you will participate in the supervision of new professionals, apprentices and trainees of the support service.
