CNC Operator (m/f/d)

We are looking for a CNC Operator (m/f/d) to strengthen our team. In this role, you are responsible for various manufacturing cells and milling machines producing a wide variety of turbine blades. Your tasks: Independent setup, operation, and monitoring of CNC milling machines as well as automated manufacturing cells Ensuring a trouble-free production process in shift operation Optimization and adaptation of programs as well as machining processes at the machine in cooperation with the NCP Carrying out initial, intermediate, and final inspections Quality control using conventional measuring tools and Zeiss coordinate measuring machines (CMM) Documentation of measuring and inspection results Error analysis and rectification of minor machine malfunctions Carrying out maintenance and repair work according to specifications Active participation in continuous improvement processes (CIP) Compliance with quality, safety, and production specifications Experience in the commissioning or supervision of new machines and manufacturing systems is an advantage Technical understanding of production processes and automation solutions Ability to systematically analyze technical challenges and develop sustainable solutions Enjoyment in actively shaping projects and integrating new technologies into production Your profile: Completed training as a Polymechaniker EFZ or comparable technical training Several years of experience in CNC milling (EDM and shot blasting experience is an advantage) Experience in handling automated manufacturing cells Good knowledge of measurement technology, especially with Zeiss coordinate measuring machines Confident reading and interpreting technical drawings Experience in quality testing and production monitoring Readiness to work in shift operation (2- or 2+ shift) Independent, reliable, and structured way of working Good German language skills, written and spoken Personal qualities: High awareness of quality and responsibility Precise and careful way of working Technical understanding and pronounced process thinking Independent, solution-oriented, and decisive High initiative and commitment Team player and communicative Flexible and resilient, even in a dynamic production environment Reliable and punctual Clean and organized way of working Willingness to learn and open to new technologies and processes Strong hands-on mentality High problem-solving competence Ability to work across departments and pass on knowledge Openness to new technologies and change processes Entrepreneurial thinking and desire for continuous improvement We offer: Modern CNC milling machines and automated manufacturing cells Responsible and varied activity Independent work with great creative freedom Attractive employment conditions including shift allowances and bonus Collegial and professional working environment Further training opportunities and development perspectives We look forward to your application (preferably in English).
