Bern, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% Your contribution <br /> • Lead and further develop the Architecture and UI/UX domain teams in personnel, technical, and organizational terms • As CTO, be responsible for the corporate, solution, and technology architecture as well as their alignment with strategy, standards, and ICT specifications • Advise the CIO and relevant stakeholders on architecture and technology issues and help shape the ICT strategy • Ensure appropriate and transparent communication on architecture topics within IT and towards the specialist departments of the ESTV • Manage innovation and technology scouting as well as be responsible for the tools, technologies, and user-centric UI/UX standards used <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Master's degree in Computer Science and/or Business Administration and/or Engineering • At least 5 years of experience in leading employees in a line management capacity and/or in agile software projects • Ability to translate corporate strategy into a consistent technology and architecture strategy • Very good knowledge of software development methods as well as sound know-how in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, ArchiMate) • Good knowledge of a second official language as well as knowledge of a third official language and in English <br /> In a nutshell Combine leadership strength, technological excellence, and strategic project management in a key role with high leadership and design responsibility.
