Workload 100% Contract unlimited Start date Tasks You are responsible for the E2E optimization and management of partner performance in Drop Shipping (fulfillment of the customer promise regarding price, quantity & timing, application, implementation & optimization of the SLAs) as well as a standardized and highly automated design of the Order-to-Cash process. You are responsible for the monitoring, validation, processing, and timely execution of processes & tasks. Through close cooperation with our distributors, you also represent our company interests confidently even when challenges arise. You are jointly responsible for the planning, coordination, documentation, and implementation of partner retention according to prioritization. You develop solutions for the further development of the Supply Chain Monitoring system in master data & partner management and the associated database, and the conception of dynamic KPI dashboards to control value creation. You have a strong affinity for supply chain optimization and the analysis of business processes using Lean Management methods. You take responsibility for ensuring the deputization of your colleagues. You act actively and offensively in various projects within your area of responsibility and are ready to process short-term inquiries quickly. Together with the team, you ensure day-to-day business in the Order-to-Cash process with our partners. Requirements You have completed a commercial basic training with relevant further training or a degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, logistics, business informatics, or related courses of study. Experience in project management is an advantage. You are a resilient personality who enjoys acting in the balance between day-to-day business and project assignments and wants to develop continuously. You are motivated to use your analytical thinking skills to optimally design challenging processes for our customers while ensuring economic efficiency. You are proficient in using SAP S4, Office 365, and process modeling software, and are willing to familiarize yourself with new programs. Ideally, you have already gained initial professional experience or completed an internship in the field of Supply Chain, B2B, E-Commerce / retail. You have very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as good English skills. (French and Italian are an advantage). You are an independent and structured person, and an efficient way of working is a matter of course for you. You are a flexible and committed personality. You enjoy working in a team and can make decisive contributions to success. You are prepared to successfully complete relevant further training (e.g., CAS) in your area of responsibility within two years.
