Thanks to your technical expertise, you ensure that our laboratory instruments function reliably and that our customers can always count on professional service. You work autonomously, are often traveling, and contribute significantly to customer satisfaction through your solution-oriented approach. The travel rate in Suisse romande is approximately 80 %. • You install, commission our laboratory instruments and train our customers in their use. • You perform maintenance, calibrations and repairs on our entire product portfolio. • You analyze technical faults and independently find suitable solutions - on-site or via remote support. • You respond to technical customer requests and competently advise our customers on our products and services. • You support our sales colleagues during product demonstrations and customer projects. • You identify potential for services, spare parts or upgrades and pass them on to the sales department. • You carefully document your service interventions and work closely with our sales, technical support and product management teams. • You support your colleagues within the Swiss service team. • Completed training as a laboratory technician CFC, laboratory technician or technical training in the field of mechatronics, electronics, automation or equivalent. • At least 2 to 3 years of professional experience in technical customer service, service or maintenance of laboratory, analytical or comparable technical equipment. • Enjoyment of direct contact with customers as well as a strong service orientation. • Autonomous, structured and reliable work. • Analytical mindset and pleasure in solving technical challenges. • Very good knowledge of French and good knowledge of German as well as knowledge of English are an advantage. • Category B driver's license and availability for a travel rate of approximately 80 %. • A varied and responsible activity with a lot of autonomy and direct contact with customers. • An innovative technological environment with high-quality laboratory instruments. • An open and appreciative corporate culture in a successful international Swiss family business. • Comprehensive training as well as constant continuing education and advancement. • Modern work tools, a company vehicle and attractive employment conditions. • A flexible work organization with the possibility of teleworking for administrative tasks.
