Head of Production

## You like to be where value creation takes place, close to people, close to production, present on the shop floor. You know how to lead teams, provide orientation and successfully implement changes. Quality is not just a buzzword for you, but a daily requirement. At the same time, you think entrepreneurially, act cost-consciously and drive improvements with energy and consistency. In this key role, you take on responsibility for ten production departments with around 200 employees - from assembly and engine construction to metal processing and electronics. Together with your management team, you continuously develop production and ensure stable processes, high delivery readiness and strong performance in day-to-day business. Your tasks ## You take on overall responsibility for the production area with around 200 employees and lead several production departments operationally and personally. You are present in the operation, close to the teams and know how to take people with you, develop leaders and achieve performance together. With your broad production know-how, you ensure stable processes, high quality, punctuality and efficient organization in day-to-day business. You quickly identify potential for improvement and drive changes consistently - whether in Lean Management, continuous improvement, automation or digitalization. You understand transformation not as a theory, but as an active management task directly on the shop floor. You work with clear key figures, create transparency in performance, quality and costs and continuously develop production together with your team. At the same time, you build a strong leadership structure, promote talents in a targeted manner and ensure the long-term performance capability of the organization. Your profile ## You have a mechanical or electrical basic training with further education at the FH level or equivalent. You also have several years of leadership experience in industrial production environments and the ability to successfully develop production areas further and implement changes sustainably. Thanks to your broad understanding of series and small-series production, you move safely in complex production processes and are familiar with modern production systems, Lean Manufacturing and automation and manufacturing technologies from practice. You think in a solution-oriented way, act pragmatically and know how to combine operational excellence with leadership. Very good German language skills are required, English language skills are an advantage but not an expectation. Experience in handling SAP S/4HANA, especially in the production environment, is an advantage.
