Your mission Within a benevolent and committed team, you contribute to the well-being and quality of life of the female and male residents. Your main responsibilities: • Accompanying female and male residents in daily life activities. • Performing basic care in compliance with good professional practices. • Ensuring the comfort, safety, and dignity of the persons being supported. • Fostering a relationship of trust with female residents, male residents, and their relatives. • Ensuring the transmission of information and observations in computerized files to guarantee the continuity of support. Your profile • Holder of the Swiss Red Cross Health Assistant Certificate (120 hours) or equivalent training. • For candidates holding a foreign diploma, a CRS recognition is required. • Experience in the field of care, ideally in an EMS or with elderly people. • Good command of French, both spoken and written. • Ease with common IT tools. • Knowledge of the Montessori approach is an asset.
