Develop and retain a client portfolio: real estate agencies, municipalities, general contractors, engineering offices, sanitary installers and private owners ? Analyze needs on-site, interpret camera inspection reports and propose the adapted remediation solution ? Establish offers, calculate costs and negotiate until signature ? Ensure site follow-up in connection with the technical teams: planning, coordination, customer satisfaction ? Represent the company during visits, trade fairs and industry events ? Ensure market monitoring and report opportunities to management Your profile: Your profile: ? Basic technical training (CFC sanitary, tinsmithing, ventilation, building or civil engineering) ideally completed by a master or foreman certificate ? Confirmed experience in the field: site management, team or mandate management ? Initial experience in sales, in quoting or in customer relations — or a real desire to move from the construction site to sales ? Interpersonal ease, sense of negotiation and taste for results ? Autonomy, rigor in administrative follow-up, mastery of standard IT tools ? Fluent French; any other language a plus ? Driving license cat. B ?
