Technical Assistant to the COO 80-100% Your job Administrative support for the Managing Director, Team/Project and Construction Managers Organization and coordination of meetings as well as minute-taking Creation, processing, and management of project documentation Schedule planning and monitoring of deadlines Support with tenders, offers, awards, and contract documents Correspondence with clients, authorities, planners, and contractors Maintenance of project filing as well as document management Support with cost controls and invoice audits Your profile Completed commercial or technical basic training Further training as a Technical Clerk (Technische Kauffrau/\-mann) or experience in the construction industry is an advantage Several years of professional experience in a general or turnkey contracting company, architecture or engineering office is an advantage Very good MS Office skills; experience with PROVIS, RealView, Abacus or comparable programs is a plus Structured, exact, and independent way of working Organizational talent as well as high service orientation Resilient, communicative, and team-oriented personality Stylistically confident German in speech and writing Our offer We offer you a versatile position with high personal responsibility and interesting development opportunities.
