You keep the service processes running, think along, lend a hand, and work hand in hand with various teams. Patient Hospitality Employee Your tasks: Ensuring professional food and beverage service in the patient's room and in the restaurant. You take over the preparation and follow-up of meal services, including food orders (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) You operate the cafeteria and ensure a smooth process in the service area You ensure order and cleanliness in the patient rooms, restaurant, and clinic Support with logistical processes such as changing bed and towel laundry, dirty laundry Accompanying patients to therapy You create a pleasant atmosphere and actively participate in events You are an important contact person for patients and guests Recognizing needs and professional forwarding to the relevant departments Your working days and hours Deployments between Monday and Sunday in a two-shift operation from 06:30–15:25 or 11:00–20:10.
