Casserolier 40-50%

For our Japanese restaurant in Seefeld Zürich, we are looking for a Casserolier / a Casserolière on a part-time basis by arrangement. Workload: approximately 2 working days per week The workload is 2 days per week. Thursday / Friday: 11:30 - 14:30 and 17:30 - 00:00 There is the possibility, if required, to take on additional days during the vacation period of our permanent Casserolier. Tasks · Cleaning of glasses and dishes · Cleaning and maintenance of kitchen appliances, utensils and machines · Daily and weekly cleaning work · Refilling (Mise en Place) of beer and mineral water · Compliance with hygiene standards · General tidy workstation Requirements · expeditious, clean and independent way of working · good German knowledge · experience in a similar function We offer a well-coordinated team as well as good induction into a varied and innovative working environment in the middle of Zürich.
