Mandated by our client, an actor in the watchmaking sector, we are looking for: Proximity Manager - Critical Infrastructure & MES Systems (M/F) Your mission will be to manage the organization of the team of administrators of the infrastructure related to MES (Manufacturing Execution System) solutions and ensure the availability of the systems under management. To do this, your responsibilities will be to: Coordinate the development team of the platform Administer and supervise technical resources Optimize availability, performance, and security of systems Drive evolutions and deployments Manage complex Level 3 incidents Manage the platform life cycle Ensure the proper functioning of industrial production control services and equipment in the workshop Ensure technical deliverables in accordance with project deadlines Participate in the managers' on-call service and advanced support Profile sought: Higher education in computer science (HES engineer…) 3 years of experience in a similar position supervising a team of at least 5 collaborators Operational experience on system infrastructures (Cluster MS, SQL Server AlwaysOn, LoadBalancer, Kubernetes…) DevOps culture and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Advanced troubleshooting skills, mastery of supervision tools and dashboards Sensitized to information security Strong leadership and very good listening skills Customer orientation, service sense, and relational ease Proposal force, highly autonomous, quality-oriented, and solid team spirit jpid255e988jm jpit0625jm jpiy26jm
