Die Aareperle - Zentrum der Begegnung Pflege und Betreuung in Döttingen is a modern nursing center and offers 87 residents a home with a view of the Aare. We enable older people professional care and individual support in a family atmosphere and place great value on quality of life, well-being and community. We are looking for reinforcement for our team: Bistro Employee (50 %) from 01.10.2026 or by arrangement Do hospitality, warmth and a pinch of humor belong together for you? Your tasks: • Independent, professional and service-oriented service for residents, employees, relatives and other visitors of our bistro • Compliance with hygiene regulations in the gastronomy area • As needed, assistance in the dining room and in the kitchen as well as assistance in the preparation of apéros • Work assignments also on weekends/holidays and occasionally at events in the evening What you bring with you: • Several years of professional experience in gastronomy • Independent, careful and responsible way of working • Service-oriented thinking and acting • High quality standards • Teamwork skills, flexibility and reliability • Joy in dealing with people as well as empathy and warmth • Good German language skills in speaking and writing What we offer you: • A varied and responsible activity • A motivated and committed team • An appreciative working environment in which quality and humanity are the focus • A centrally located workplace with free parking and good connections to public transport Are you our new valued Bistro Employee?
