Bern, Switzerland | 80-100% Your contribution <br /> • Support the management of EasyGov, in particular the optimization of the support chain, for example through the use of AI • Support the EasyGov 2.0 project, in particular in the definition and documentation of processes and working methods, and collaborate with partner authorities • Organize workshops, meetings and develop decision-making bases • Assist in organizational tasks related to the introduction of SAFe/DevOps working methodologies <br /> What distinguishes you <br /> • University degree (bachelor/master), preferably in business informatics or a related field • High level of autonomy, sense of responsibility and strong motivation; insight, flexibility and ability to work under pressure • Knowledge in project management, organizational development and process management is welcome • Initial practical experiences in a project context (e.g. Agile, SAFe, HERMES) constitute a preferential qualification • Familiarity with e-government • Good oral and written knowledge of a second official language and good command of English <br /> In summary The Directorate for Economic Promotion (DS) contributes to the improvement of the framework conditions for SMEs. The E-government for SMEs sector (DSEK), subordinate to it, is mainly concerned with reducing the administrative burdens of companies. Its priority objective is the management and further development of the central electronic platform EasyGov.swiss. The currently ongoing EasyGov 2.0 project involves the complete restructuring of the platform using low-code technology.
