HR Business Partner (m/f/x) 50% Your missions • As an HR partner, you proactively support and advise line managers on all matters related to human resources • You support employees as well as line managers in your assigned sectors throughout the entire HR life cycle, from recruitment to departure, in close collaboration with the HR administration • You implement and optimize existing HR processes and actively participate in HR projects aimed at evolving the practices and services of the HR function Your skills • HR certificate or university degree (business management, psychology, etc.) with several years of professional experience in a similar role • Motivation to work with various interlocutors in a bilingual environment (French/German) • Great autonomy in work and an interdisciplinary approach, spirit of initiative and will to innovate, as well as a keen sense of service • Native French or German speaker with very good knowledge of the other language • Knowledge of Abacus is an asset A propos de nous An enriching and exciting job, benevolent collaboration within a dynamic team, as well as a pleasant and friendly working atmosphere, with excellent social benefits.
