Hotel Services Agent M/F As a Hotel Services Agent, you intervene at the heart of the daily care of patients and actively contribute to their comfort and well-being. Your missions are centered around several essential axes: • Patient restoration and nutrition: taking orders, serving meals, snacks and drinks, monitoring and quantifying food and hydration intake, while respecting specific diets. • Food hygiene and safety: managing and storing food, maintaining equipment, cleaning and washing kitchen utensils, rigorously applying current hygiene standards. • Hotel services: maintaining the patient's direct environment, checking the proper functioning of equipment and contributing to a clean, secure and pleasant setting. • Unit logistics: storing orders, managing and ordering linen, participating in the daily smooth operation of the service. Through your sense of service and benevolent attitude, you participate in maintaining a reassuring and human environment, in close collaboration with the care teams and other professionals in the establishment. We are looking for a reliable, committed and service-oriented person with the following skills and qualifications: • Experience in EMS or hospital environment strongly recommended • Autonomy, sense of responsibility and strict respect for confidentiality • Organization, team spirit and ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team • Empathy, benevolence and sense of contact with patients • Strong interest in restoration and/or hotel services • Excellent relational skills and sense of service • Initiative and adaptability Skills and qualifications: • Minimum AFP diploma required • Very good command of spoken and written French (level C1 to be justified) • Ease of use of computer tools • Sensitivity or experience in the hotel and/or care sector Mandatory conditions: • Judicial record of less than 3 months (classic and S) • Immunity certificate and medical certificate of good health • Swiss or resident in Switzerland, permit B or C required (The costs related to administrative and medical formalities remain the responsibility of the candidate, regardless of the outcome of the recruitment process, whether the application is successful or not.)
