Activity + Programming, setting up and monitoring of CNC machines and production facilities + Creating and optimizing CAM programs as well as continuously improving production processes + Ensuring and validating defined production processes as well as new process steps + Manufacturing prototypes as well as small and medium series + Carrying out quality controls according to GMP guidelines + Supporting general quality assurance and production monitoring + Programming and operating laser machines and sandblasting facilities + Collaborating on the further development and optimization of production processes + Implementing and complying with quality requirements according to ISO 13485 and MDR + Carrying out maintenance and repair work on machines and facilities • Requirements + Completed training as a polymechanician EFZ, production mechanic EFZ or comparable mechanical basic training + Basic training + Experience as a CNC mechanic is an advantage + Knowledge of CAM programming as well as experience with Fanuc controls + In-depth knowledge of machining technology + Experience in the field of medical technology is an advantage + Independent, structured and efficient way of working + Analytical thinking and pronounced problem-solving competence + High quality awareness and technical interest + Very good German language skills in word and writing + English language skills are an advantage • Offer + Responsible activity in an innovative and technologically demanding environment + Collaboration on prototypes as well as small and medium series productions + Modern machine park and advanced production technologies
