Salesperson (m/f) 60-80% in the Lachen branch

We are looking for a friendly and professional salesperson to strengthen our team in our Lachen branch in Switzerland. This is a part-time position with a workload of 60–80%, which is ideal for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and increasing sales in a dynamic retail environment. As a sales employee, you are the face of our company and ensure unforgettable shopping experiences, always committed to customer satisfaction and sales excellence. - Welcome customers warmly and offer them individual advice to meet their shopping needs - Show product knowledge and give customers well-founded recommendations Process transactions precisely via POS systems and handle cash responsibly - Ensure a well-maintained appearance of the branch by organizing goods, restocking shelves, and implementing visual merchandising standards - Build positive customer relationships and respond to inquiries or concerns – empathetically and professionally - Achieve individual and team-related sales targets through effective sales techniques and customer loyalty Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth business operation and support colleagues as needed - Participate in inventory management activities, including inventory takes and cycle counts - Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring a safe and clean shopping environment - Contribute to a positive team culture by supporting the induction of new team members if needed Proven experience in retail or customer-oriented sales - Distinct communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to build a good relationship with different customers - Secure handling of POS systems and cash processing procedures - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks - Customer-oriented mindset and commitment to providing excellent service Ability to quickly absorb product information and effectively communicate benefits - Reliable, professional appearance with a positive attitude - Flexibility in working fixed shifts, including possible weekend shifts An advantage: Previous experience in retail or a similar sales function - An advantage: Multilingualism (German, French, or Italian) to serve our diverse customer base - An advantage: Experience in inventory management or visual merchandising
