We are looking for reinforcement for the areas of social assistance and adult protection. Social Worker (60 - 80%) ## Your scope of activity ### • Counseling & accompaniment: You advise and support individuals as well as families within the framework of statutory social assistance competently and at eye level. • Securing existence: You conduct well-founded assessments of entitlements to social assistance benefits. • Promoting integration: You accompany people in a wide variety of life situations on their way to social and professional integration. • Mandate management: As a legal representative (Beistandsperson), you look after and represent people in the exercise of their legal, financial, social, and personal affairs. • Networking: You work interdisciplinary with other authorities and institutions. Your profile ### • Qualification: You have a degree in Social Work and ideally already have experience in the field of social assistance or adult protection. • Personality: Contact with a wide variety of people enriches you as much as working in a team. As an proactive and resilient personality, you also appreciate the humorous moments in everyday life. You work independently, solution-oriented, and efficiently. • Expertise & Tools: You bring good knowledge of the social insurance system as well as proficient use of common IT tools (KLIB knowledge is an advantage). • Languages: You write and speak German with stylistic confidence and can communicate orally in French.
